Dr. Kendall leads yoga classes and trainings through a holistic lens of nutrition, yoga, meditation, foundational daily health practices and breathwork. She's been teaching for over a decade, and her instruction is influenced by naturopathic medicine, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Therapeutic and Yin Yoga, Strength Training, Active Stretching and Qi gong.
