Dr. Kendall leads yoga classes and trainings through a holistic lens of nutrition, yoga, meditation, foundational daily health practices and breathwork. She's been teaching for over a decade, and her instruction is influenced by naturopathic medicine, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Therapeutic and Yin Yoga, Strength Training, Active Stretching and Qi gong. |
Yoga Soup Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm - Yoga Movement + Attention Level 2 The yoga and mindfulness doctor is in! Strengthen and stretch your body, shift your mindset, lift your heart, and quiet your mind. In this class you'll find a transformative blend of asana, functional movement, laughter, arm balances, and weekly meditations to invigorate all parts of yourself.
