Dr. Kendall is honored to be a part of your healthcare team, as a part of a collective, collaborative approach. She does not work as a primary care physician, but does work as an educator and motivator for daily health.. Dr. Kendall has dedicated her life's work to teach and promote foundational daily health practices for increased wellbeing, communication, relationship and awareness of one's self, community and the planet. Dr. Kendall works with individual clients and groups via in-person, phone, and video consultations, yoga classes, webinars, retreats, conferences and trainings.

There is a major gap in the health of human beings. If we know what to do, why don’t we do it? Dr. Kendall is here to help us restore our health through science and energy. Research is the gap between the western world and the esoteric. We will utilize a little bit of magic from both sides. Getting outside, feeding ourselves well, stress management, sleep and hydration are practices all backed by science. Your magic, unique constitution has different needs throughout your life course.
What we don’t know.
We don’t know if or when we will win the lottery. We don’t know when the next earthquake will be, or what we are going to do with all that plastic in the ocean. We don’t know how cell phone use and emfs will impact human beings as a species in the future. We don’t know if doing all the right things will keep us well, but we can sure as hell try.
